You must be at least 18 years old to use THRSHLD. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and using THRSHLD only through your own account. You may not impersonate another person or attempt to circumvent account, verification, safety, or venue controls.

Venue-Based Features

Certain THRSHLD features may only be available while you are physically present at a supported venue. Availability may depend on device permissions, venue support, technical conditions, and compliance with THRSHLD requirements.

Acceptable Use

You may not use THRSHLD to harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, stalk, impersonate, discriminate against, or harm others; distribute illegal or abusive content; interfere with the service; scrape or automate access without authorization; or attempt to evade moderation, verification, location, or security controls.

User Content and Interactions

You are responsible for the content you submit and for your interactions with other users. THRSHLD may review, restrict, remove, or act on content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Reports, Blocks, and Enforcement

THRSHLD may investigate reports and take action including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination where appropriate. Blocking and reporting tools are intended to support user safety but cannot eliminate all risk.

Beta Service

During beta testing, features may be incomplete, changed, unavailable, or discontinued. Beta access may be limited, and THRSHLD may revoke or modify beta access at any time.

Account Suspension and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the app's available account controls. THRSHLD may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety, legal, fraud, or security risks.

Disclaimers

THRSHLD facilitates introductions and social discovery but does not guarantee matches, compatibility, safety, identity, venue conditions, or the conduct of other users. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and real-world interactions.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Updated Terms will be posted at this location with a revised effective date.
