Child Safety Standards

THRSHLD LLC is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Adults Only

THRSHLD is a dating and social platform intended only for adults age 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create or maintain THRSHLD accounts or use THRSHLD's dating and matchmaking services.

Prohibited Conduct

THRSHLD strictly prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors
• Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes
• Sextortion involving minors
• Soliciting, requesting, distributing, possessing, promoting, or facilitating sexual content involving minors
• Child trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child
• Any other content or behavior that facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation

Enforcement

THRSHLD may remove prohibited content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards. When THRSHLD becomes aware of suspected CSAM or other child sexual exploitation, we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law, including preservation and reporting obligations where required.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

THRSHLD provides an in-app Report User feature that allows users to report accounts and conduct that may violate THRSHLD's safety standards, including concerns involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Cooperation With Authorities

THRSHLD complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and cooperates with legally valid requests from law enforcement and appropriate child-safety authorities. Where legally required, confirmed instances of CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities.

Scope

These standards apply to all THRSHLD users and all content and interactions facilitated through THRSHLD.

THRSHLD LLC may update these standards as necessary to reflect changes to our services, safety practices, or applicable legal requirements.
